In partnership with the HUMANE SOCIETY OF N. CENTRAL FLORIDA, we are offering our Level 1 Awareness course in Alachua County. Everyone is welcome to register and attend!
Prerequisites: Age 18 or older (16-18 w/parent or guardian).
This class teaches skills and knowledge necessary to volunteer in an emergency or pet-friendly shelter.
This course is FEMA approved and certified by the Florida Department of Emergency Management. It is required to become a FL SARC volunteer. More information can be found at https://flsarc.org/volunteers
