ONLINE – Small Animal Disaster and Emergency Sheltering – AWARENESS

Prerequisites: Age 18 or older.

This class teaches skills and knowledge necessary to volunteer in an emergency animal shelter or pet-friendly shelter. It is FEMA approved & Florida state certified.

This is a modified version of in person training. A working PC (desktop or laptop), or large tablet with a camera is required. Cel phones & smaller handheld devices do not work for this course. Homework or additional offline requirements may be necessary to complete this course and receive your certificate.

This class will take place over TWO days: August 28 & 29, four hours each day. Participants must attend both days and complete all assigned class practicals and homework to receive a certificate of completion.
